天津天鼓羅茨風(fēng)機：MLGS羅茨風(fēng)機廠(chǎng)家直銷(xiāo)

　　密集成套型羅茨鼓風(fēng)機由主機、輔機、電機三部分組成。

　　MLG系列羅茨鼓風(fēng)機配套的主機其結構為臥式，葉輪軸線(xiàn)所決定的平面平行于地面，進(jìn)氣口在機殼的上端，主動(dòng)軸從聯(lián)軸器端看，按逆時(shí)針?lè )较蛐D，氣體自上端吸入，側排出.

　　機殼、墻板:為整體結構，表面布有適當的加強筋，采用灰口鑄鐵HT250，經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)效處理。

　　葉輪：材質(zhì)為QT600-3,經(jīng)過(guò)動(dòng)靜平衡，平衡精度達到G2.5。

　　齒輪: 齒輪是羅茨鼓風(fēng)機的*重要零件之一，傳動(dòng)齒輪材質(zhì)采用20CrMnTi合金鋼，經(jīng)滲碳、淬火、精磨，精度等級達5級，齒面硬度達到HRC58～62。高精度直齒磨達到GB10095-88五極以上,傳動(dòng)平穩,也大幅度降低機械噪音,進(jìn)出口風(fēng)口采用獨特菱形設計,也有效控制了氣體噪音。

　　軸承:軸承采用SKF品牌，精度為E級。齒輪和齒輪端軸承利用齒輪浸浴用飛濺潤滑，驅動(dòng)端的軸承利用設在副油箱內的甩油盤(pán)甩油潤滑。選用瑞典SKF軸承

　　密封: 采用組合密封降低氣體泄漏，非接觸式密封，壽命無(wú)限長(cháng)。軸頭油封氟橡膠，臺灣SOG產(chǎn)品。

　　油箱：主、副油箱材質(zhì)為灰口鑄鐵HT250及Q235B，以便于散熱。

　　齒輪：與軸采用鍵聯(lián)接，傳動(dòng)可靠、壽命長(cháng)。

　　軸：采用40Cr，進(jìn)行調質(zhì)處理。

　　鑄件：采用噴丸處理, 刷兩遍底漆, 整機噴三遍表漆。

　　輔機：由濾清器、進(jìn)出口消聲器、止回閥、撓性接頭、三通體、安全閥、壓力表等組成。

　　濾清器：濾清器即為氣體過(guò)濾器，由多層濾網(wǎng)組成, 使進(jìn)入風(fēng)機前的氣體進(jìn)行過(guò)濾從而保證干凈的氣體進(jìn)入鼓風(fēng)機，過(guò)濾等級應符合EN779G4級。

　　進(jìn)口消聲器：進(jìn)口消聲器采用阻性消聲器，主要消除鼓風(fēng)機進(jìn)口氣流噪聲，由外筒、內筒，法蘭等件組成，內外筒之間放入離心玻璃棉吸聲材料，該裝置重量輕，阻力小、消聲效果好。

　　出口消聲器：出口消聲器主要消除鼓風(fēng)機出口氣流噪聲，消聲頻帶寬，效果顯著(zhù)．

　　低壓安全閥：低壓安全閥是系統上的一個(gè)保險裝置，其開(kāi)啟壓力可19.6—98.0Kpa之間調節, 當系統工作狀況異常，阻力高于額定值時(shí)，安全閥開(kāi)啟，將氣體從安全閥排出，防止風(fēng)機和電機過(guò)載．如安全閥啟動(dòng)后，長(cháng)時(shí)間不回復閉合，則需要停機，待系統故障排除后，再開(kāi)機工作．

　　止回閥：對夾式蝶型止回閥, 是用于防止停機時(shí)系統高壓氣體倒流，使鼓風(fēng)機轉子反轉，導致管網(wǎng)失控, 發(fā)生故障，同時(shí)防止系統灰塵倒流。

　　撓性接頭:KXT(Ⅲ)可曲合成橡膠接頭是由橡膠鋼骨架壓合而成，有良好減震和隔音效果。
